The 02A is basically a tougher 020.  Cable shifted, Hydro clutch.  The same
troubleshooting works for both.

WARNING - the 02A are prone to TFS, aka Transmission Fragmentation Syndrome.
This is caused by the rivets that hold the ring gear to the diff giving way,
and the trans doing a pretty good impression of a bomb.  Its a nasty job to
fix, and the symptoms are either a big hole in the trans, or total
immobility.
