I guess they did overlook it...Maybe they overlooked other things, too!

He was supposed to have tested your cap, Larry. It's on the list of tests:
"Fuel Cap Integrity Test". Mine was checked this time and I remember it
being done when I had the car smogged two years ago, so it's not a new thing
they're checking.
