Re: easiest way to exhaust manifold?



Laying on top of the engine and wrapping your arms around the manifolds is
another approach. If you're familiar enough with the hardware so you don't
need to see what your hands are doing this will keep shit out of your eyes
and give you a new access point.
Use lots of liquid wrench or equiv. The self locking nuts with the slits in
them can strip the threads right off the studs if they're dry. A six point
socket will also save alot of headaches.
