RE: Removing Ignition Switch



I guess I will have to start taking it apart and see who's right!

BTW, I found out why the wiring fried. Some PO had installed an amplifier in the trunk, with an UNFUSED wire running from the ignition switch X contact to the amp, then removed the amp and LEFT THE BARE WIRES LYING ON THE FLOOR OF THE TRUNK!!!  At least the wire running straight to the battery was fused.
