RE: Cooling fan question



Your idle is 3-4K.... YIKES way too high, should be around
900-1000rpm.

Check on the TB against the firewall there is an adjustment screw,
if that does not change anything, unplug your O2 sensor to see if
it will drop, (if it does, you will need to change it)

as for dirt on your intake manifold, I suggest, getting some engine
cleaner, and clean/rinse the engine out, if the dirt needs it,
scrubs it out with a toothbrush and get rid of the "smoke" and that
way you can concentrate on more important matter (i.e. way off the
chart idling car.)
