Metal Oxide Semiconductive Field Effect Transistor. They are
basically a transistor using a semiconductor gate. The advantage to
MOSFETs is that depending on the type you get,they can handle up to
900V@88Amps!







The goal is to overcome the deliberate nature of the process.
