Re: Scirocco issues



Well it might help, but gee, you have to PAY for lawyers too.  The most he
could hope for was they would do the repairs, if that was part of a
contract.  ANY contract from a dealer should be in writing, otherwise you
walk away from the deal.  Notice the sticker on most used cars?  NO WARRANTY
implied or otherwise.  If they made empty promises that werent written in a
contract, I donšt think wasting money on a lawyer will help.  Sunk enough
money into the deal already is my thought.
