Well, I'm actually talking about starting from scratch and was leaning
toward the 1.8T. Saw a really nice one in one of the galleries on
scirocco.org. If anyone is interested in the same swap that's in my '78, I'd
be happy to help. Might save some heartache. Could sell some components
(wiring harness, for examp.) since I'll be building entirely new car. Thanks
for the blower opinions, though. JR
