help me, help me, pleeease!? <shifter adjustments>

hey hey hey... got everything with my shifter fixed and am now having a
bitch of a time gettin it all adjusted. i got all the measurements in the
bentley done up right but the thing is still shiftin like through texas
chile (i know yall spell it chili but im a coloradan.. what can i say?)
anybody know any cool secrets to get it in place or is it just a matter of
fiddle & miss?
