You must be fucking serious!!!!!!

I'm not a lawyer but soon to be (second year law student).  What I would do
in yer case Dirk is e-mail them back and ask them for permission to use the
VW logo on yer web page.  AFAIK, you can use the logo on consent.  If
perchance you make money by using the logo then you need to pay royalties.
If not, then you're in the clear.

However, you should at least respond cuz lawyers have a tendency to be anal.
Also, since the web page can be accessed in the States, VWoA could in fact
enforce the use of the trademark.  My issue would be, who infact owns the VW
trademark?  VWoA or VWoG?  Nonetheless, the growth of the interenet has
opened up a new area of law and it's still a watery subject.
