[cv removal] 1.8L w/auto transmission

like the subject says....
I need to know if there's a trick to getting the driver's side cv out of an
automatic A1.....there are these annoying bolts and nuts right above the
inner cv that keep the cv from moving up far enough for me to swivel the
bottom out.

I've never had this problem with my Roc....

oh yeah, I'm trying to remove the cv shaft from the truck.
