RE: Front cross member braces from Ron Wood



Scott, this bar is not a replacement for the front sway bar. It's an 
additional bar that is simply meant to take the brunt of the force that the 
front cross member normally takes. This should hopefully prevent the 
cracking that is becoming common on Mk2 roccos and maybe other A1's. This 
will bolt in behind the front motor mount, run along flush with the front 
cross member and then bolt in at the sides using the front bumper bolts.
