Agreed.  Canadian MKII Scirocco speedo heads are scaled to either 220 KM/h
or 260 KM/h.  By contrast the US equivalents are 120mph (190KM/h) or 160
mph (240KM/h)

Our colder air makes the cars go faster - a fact that the VW engineers
appreciate... :)
