for what it's worth...I downloaded the .rar files from the ftp
site...unpacked them to a directory and ran setup..never even burned it on
cd. I had ZERO problems on win ME.

It works great. Albeit I don't really know how to use it that great, but it
works....not one single prob with install. i can host these files on my ftp
if some people still need it. if your connection is slow..i can burn these
on cd..lemme know...HTH
