FS: 81 Scirocco

81 Scirocco

Comes with near mint 80 S dashboard (just a few small cracks in the
corners of the defroster vents)
80S Door panels (red)
80S carpet. (red) probably would be nice with a good cleaning
spare set of taillights
seats from an 80 S (red) - front need reupholstered
220 km/hr speedo
5 speed FF or FO tranny (can't remember which is in it now)
1.6 w/low compression in 2 cylinders
Set of 5 13" Alloy rims from an 83 Rocco (14" Steelies are not going
with it that are in the pics)

The car itself is a fairly solid chassis.  Floors/shock towers are near
mint.   Hatch/doors are good.  Some rust on front fenders at the bottom
by the doors.  a few small dents in various places (easily fixed). 
Front windshield is cracked, but I have a good one, just needs to be
installed.  This car would make an excellent project/easy restore.  
(2.0 16V anyone??)   $1000  (Canadian).  If someone is insterested, I
can install a good running 1.8 8V engine for them for a bit extra.
