Looking at mk1 81S

hey ya'll

i'm looking at an 81S for a friend. It has the following stuff on or about
it.

Externally --
White tiny amount of surface rust on the drive door edge toward back.
zender front spoiler.
custom front grill (4 light, plastic, with big horizontal bars, black)
rear hatch spoiler about 2-3" tall with large center support and small end
supports
tinted windows. -- glass good.
sunroof

Internally.
87 16v interior including dash black leatherette bolsters w/ fabric in
middle.

--under carragie
87 16v

--motor
87 16v

the car is only has normal wear and tear no dents etc that I could see I
get to test drive it this week some time.

what do you all think it is worth?

assume the following
the motor starts and runs good...

he is thinking about getting rid of it. tags and stuff.
