Re: What these puters do in my 16v




If you tach is dropping to zero, time to look at the ignition.  Your tach
gets its signal directly from the coil.  Which means your coil stopped
firing.  Forget about the Jetronic box, concentrate on a bad coil (same
symtoms as you and it was my coil) bad ignition control module (the little
one) or bad hall sender in the distributor.
