Texas listers?

Hi,
	Any listers in Texas? I'm about to pickup a mk1, and I want to make
sure it's as stated before anything happens (read, I don't want to get
screwed!). The car is in a public storage like area on 4 jack stands. To
those of you paying attention, yes it was the same silver one in the
pics I sent out a day or so ago. I'd be willing to throw the volunteer a
little scratch($) for doing me the favor of looking it over, burning
fossil fuel to get there, and poking the little usual mk1 areas for
rust. No worries about dealing with the owner, he is in another state.
