16V body kit adjustment

A couple of the body kit pieces around the fenders aren't sitting flush with
the fender.  Are the pieces just screwed on and just a matter of loosening
the screws and readjusting the pieces?  I know this must seem like a stupid
question, but I haven't seen my roc in a couple months since I'm waiting to
get 3 and 4th gears fix by a friend when he has time.
