Wow - I thought that there was plenty of them in germany...

I read an article in Practical Classics on buying a Golf/Scirocco mk.1 - the MAIN place to look for rust was pictured and it is right where mines rusted!
I've spoken to some other yards and they told me of a yard where I might find one...they probably has an internal network. I'll try to call today...
Otherwise there is a good but cheap body shop near our own garage...he fixed up my dads jag very nice! Maybe I'll let him give it a go, but one's got to be careful! - can't have some dumbass screwing with my Roc :-)
