Fuel and Ground

Thanks to everyone that tried to help me troubleshoot the engine problem I
was having with my '88 16v. I was not able to solve it, but I did learn a
HECK of a lot about my fuel system and electrical troubleshooting techniques
in general. So I took it to a local import mechanic that was recommended to
me by a friend......and after 3 days....all he had found wrong was the
ground circuit resistance was a little high. He ran a cable from the
battery to one of the intake manifold bolts, then another cable from the
other side of the intake manifold to the passenger side strut tower. The
car ran a little better, but not much. His hunch was fuel, so even though
the EHA was reading fine, he swapped it.....the problem disappeared.

286 bucks later, I'm on the road again.

Thanks again everyone.
