Wiring help (sorta long)

I need a little help with some wiring...

What I've got is the injection computer and knock sensor with associated
wiring from what was an 86 or 87 Jetta if I remember correctly. It was
almost a year ago and the motor was out of the car, so, I'm not sure where
all the plugs went to (injection was gone too). I think it may have been an
8V car converted to 16V which would explain some of the problems I'm having
trying to find the right wires.

The Jetronic computer is PN: 811-906-264F and the knock sensor computer is
PN: 811-907-397E which should be for a 16v.

I've looked through my manuals and identified most of the plugs except for
the following:

Two pin plug with grey/blue stripe and blue/white stripe wires.
Three pin plug with green/black stripe, black/brown (maybe red) stripe and
solid green wires.
Square spade plug with solid blue and solid green wires. (maybe test harness?)
Two pin plug with red/white stripe and solid brown wires.
Three pin plug with solid blue, white/blue stripe and solid black wires.

Also up near the boxes is a plug with two red/white stripe wires which I'm
going to assume are switched ignition + and another plug with two black and
one red/black stripe. Are both of these also + or are they grounds (I
thought most grounds on German cars were brown)?

The plug with the two black wires has one of them looped. Is this the wire
that is supposed to be cut to switch to the Audi curve? Remember, I think
this was originally an 8V car and they put a 16V in it and swapped the KS
box. That would make sense why that looped wire is there.

Well, that's my problem and I thought I'd throw that out to the experts for
any help.

Thanks,

Tom
