it seems like there is some confusion about the "Pick Up " pics
when debating about "ripple effects" and photoshopping now ?? !?

While the red Mk2 is a ( well done ) hoax from lister Tobias,
the blue Mk1 is definately real, the posted picture I have taken
some years ago and there are some more around.

BTW it's not the only Scirocco Pick-Up, 
I have even seen nicer ones in the past.

Pictures on my website in case I find the other photos....

Yes. They have.  If you look very carefully at where the hatch lines 
for a full-size Mk II would be, you can see a "ripple" effect where 
they cloned out the car and cloned in the siding.
