Julie,

grab a dizzy from one of your other cars and plug it into your harness. Then 
turn the key to the on position and spinn the dizzy. Does it spark? Also you 
had mentioned that the fuel pump relay cycles when you crank the engine 
over. This "normally" means you have spark as the trigger from the coil 
truns the fuel pump relay on. Check it out. GL!
