RE: Rear-view mirror removal? Ha! Give it time!

Whaaatt??  You can't get it OFF?  Hell, on my car they
come off all by themsleves.  If fact they damned near
jump off.  I'm more interested in how to keep the
frigging thing ON.  Tried the Permatex
special-rearview-mirror-button-hold-it-on-tight stuff
(for $8, sheesh) but NOOoooo...didn't work.  I'm ready
to get a special glass drill....betcha a good old nut
and bolt will hold that mother on.
