RE: Another accident, another question



(not to be rude, but...) duh, I had a similar situation where my Probe was
flooded and COULD have been repaired by me, but the insurance company gave
me loads of shit about trying to keep it on the road. They said if I could
buy it back after it was classified 'totaled' but I wouldn't be able to
register it (now unless your laws are different, you have to be able to
register it to drive on public roads). After much bitching, I finally just
had to get the money for the car being totaled and let it go....but I
stripped that bitch clean first  :o
