It's all relative - try pricing out headlights for any
newer car with "aero" headlights - you'll be amazed
how much they are.

Of course, you can simply get same size (4X6?) H4
lights to replace the sealed beams that came on U.S.
cars. A little re-wiring is necessary for the H4 bulb
but this will give a big boost to lighting (along with
"relaying" the lights).
