16v lack of power/idle problems - solved.

I set the timing wrong.  There is a large white-colored (painted) square on
my flywheel, with a mark on it.  I thought that was the timing mark, and I
was wrong.  Found the real timing mark, and set it to that.  Car runs like a
bat out of hell now.  ROck-stable at 101 mph on the freeway (Hey, it was a
test drive!).
