I agree,but shop around.  I went to the nearest shop with the passenger 
side mount - they were not that interested in doing it - I was told that 
they were very difficult to do, I would have to leave it and it would 
probably be $75-85.  I went to the shop I should have gone to in the first 
place - where they have real craftsmen - although they usually didn't do 
that kind of work the guy said he'd see what he could do.  He took it into 
the back and returned less than 10 minutes later with the job done. 
$10.  That was probably a very good rate.  I would guess it would more 
often be $15-20.
