Maybe you have no fuel getting to those 2 cylinders. Try pulling the 
injectors and lifting up on the sensor plate while the fuel pump is jumper 
wired.
Could also have major O ring or intake gasket leak but thats a long shot. 
I assume you put a new cap on with the distributor? 
Just for fun you could switch the plugs from 1 and 4 into 2 and 3 and see 
what that does. Did you try spraying water on the wires in the dark while its 
running? If they are bad you will know with that test.
