poly bushings?

hey kids,

I noticed that my car is getting some clunking noises from the front of the 
car when I accelerate.  First thought was CVs, but I jacked the car up and 
set it down slow and watch my driver's side a-arm go "clunk" as the car 
settled.  So I'm assuming the bushings are shot.

who makes/where to get poly bushings for the A1 the cheapest?  or maybe 
those crazy teflon or delrin things are good for a decent price?
