This is prolly a dumb question but how does water get in anyway? Is it not 
sealed? If water gets in is there drain holes? Wouldn't it rust anyway? If 
you filled it with the epoxy would that seal it from the outside?
Forgive my multitude of my (maybe lame) questions. I love the idea of cheap 
fixes.
