I bought a steering wheel for my wife's 1977 VW
Bug. When I went to install it I realized that I do not have a large enough
socket to remove the old wheel. She called the dealer and they said that it was
an 18mm nut, but, I have sockets up to 19mm and they are all too small. Does
anyone know what size nut this is? (I am refering to the nut that holds the
wheel to the steering column.)
