wtb sunroof liner, plus q's on rims/tires, '81

My '81 is missing the white vinyl headliner piece for the sunroof; anyone have one available?  Don't need the steel, just the vinyl liner.

 What do people typically run for rims/tires, as far as rim offset, rim width, tire sizes, etc? 
 I'm looking at getting a set of 14" rims, want a bit wider tire, without issues with hitting tie rods, etc.
