protocol: breaking in rebuilt head

I apologize if this has been covered before.  I am about to put a
rebuilt 16v head on my 2L block and want to know if there is any
particular protocol I need to follow.  

I know that with rebuilt engines you are not supposed to rev past a
certain range for a given # of miles, but I want to know if that
applies to the head.  BTW, the block has 45k on it so that is not an
issue.
