RE: Driver's door handle

This would also be a good time to call Rocky Mountain and get Jetta lockless
handles if you have keyless entry. My car was broken into by simply
inserting a screwdriver into the lock and turning.

Fairly easy actually. There's a phillips screw on the inside
edge of the door, right in line with the handle. Remove it. Pop
out the center trim plate in the middle of the handle (the face
of the long edge you grab to open the door). Use a small flat
bladed screwdriver at one end and pry up gently, one end is
easier then the other due to the clip design so try both. There'll
be one more phillips head screw exposed after taking off this plate,
remove it. You should now be able to pull and twist out the handle.
