RE: #!$*head owners (sorry)

I don't have to worry about seeing that crap...I can count all the 'roccos in this town on one hand, and they're all legitimate.  A few are pretty rough, but not everyone is loaded, so I don't complain about that.  However, I think I'd rather not see any than see a riced out 'rocco.  If you're going to do something to a car, I think it should at least enhance performance if it strays much from stock.

Incidentally, I saw a nice red 16V on the south side of Indy Saturday.  Any Indy listers out there?  I average about 1 Scirocco sighting every 6 weeks, all mk2, and mostly 8V.

Considering the age and going price of these cars most of the ones I see are
being driven by young kids who's idea of lowering a car means stickin 13x10
wheels on it that stick out 4" beyond the fenders and then have the kahoneys
to put a Neuspeed sticker and a coffee can tip on the back.
ARRRRRGGGH!! Isnt that the most annoying thing??? It's one thing to do it to a honda but a classic car such as the Scirocco??? They should be punished for their sins!!!!!!!!! =]
