RE: Need Motor for Power Window ASAP

Bad connections in the loom cause big problems: try hooking-up your lifter 
motor direct to the battery - you can just unplug the motor feed from the 
loom. If it goes OK, I'd advise replacing the plug connectors with direct 
soldered/crimped connections.
