Cooling system draincock?

Anyone running a form of a draincock on their cooling system?  I am sick of
having to take off the thermostat housing to drain my coolant!  That's how I
normally do it since the lower radiator hose seems to seize to the
thermostat housing in so short a time.

Any suggestions anyone?
