Re: Bent Valve, Too High Revs!!



Just turning more revs doesn't guarantee more power.  All power bands fall
off on the top end (at some point) and over-revving can be
counter-productive.  Unless the intake system, cam, and exhaust system is
designed to operate efficiently at 8k rpm, revving that high will just make
you slower.
