Not the same. The Z40 is a Z40 and the GTX is, well, a GTX. 

The Z40 is much larger and sorta wraps around the rear end a bit. The GTX
mounts in the same way the stock spoiler does in 4 minutes. The Z40
requires a little more detailed instalation but looks sweet.
