Without.

The non-a/c Scirocco 16V takes the same radiator as an A2.
I currently have the radiator from Laurie's RIP '86 GLi in my '79
Scirocco 16V.

You also need a $30 non-a/c Scirocco 16V upper hose and the hose that
goes from the nipple to the reservoir.
