If you're comfortable with your mechanical abilities I can't think of
any reason why you shouldn't do it all at once unless you wanted to see
how much power each step was adding.
If you do it piecemeal the exhaust is definately the first thing to
change out.
You have a good combination. I think you'll like the difference in
power.
