VAG-COM VW-Audi Diagnostics

Hey all,

A buddy of mine is a VW tech at a shop nearby and wanted to know if I had
any experience/opinions on this diagnostic software package he's
considering:

I do not have, not owning an OBD VAG product, but I thought I'd try you
guys.

Anybody used it? Like it? Worth it?
