OT: I need a little sympathy

OK! I know I can be a real dick, but that doesn't mean I don't need a little
sympathy on occasion!
Last night I was going to a party in downtown DC. Wide streets, narrow
lanes, major traffic.
I guess, in retrospect, I was lucky because if the big-assed city bus had
veered over the double yellows about a half second earlier I'm thinking it
would have been a head-on and I would have gone from +30 MPH to -30 MPH in a
flash!
But, lucky me!, the Devil was just a bit tardy and the bus only managed to
wipe out the entire left side of my car!
The fenders and doors are major league fucked, but it looks like the
chassis, pilars and roof are OK! So, this might work out OK.
DOH! Yeah, this topic is was OT because the car I was driving was my Audi
A4!

Did I mention the bus had no damage? Did I mention the bus driver just
wanted talk about his tarnished driving record? Did I mention the bus driver
said he would never drive his Z06 Corvette in downtown DC? Did I mention 3
Metro police cars drove by and NONE stopped despite a major traffic jam?
What about MY fucking car!!!
I need a new home!
