In a recent dream I foresaw someone who looked like me install EKTA on a
Win2000 Pro system and copy BOTH the files (LEXHDL5.DLL & the other with
a sim name) to the same DIR as the program. 

Works now, theoretically speaking.

Let me take a nap and reconnect that system and fall into a dream state
again and report back. 

Seems Win2k is like NT in some ways but that is not the whole answer.
