Transfer pump

Hi all,
When I pulled the t-pump it wasn't running. I hooked up power and still
nothing. A few taps and it started. I did this a few times and now its
going fine. This is the car that was sitting for at least 1 year before
we got it. I'm still going to replace it, but we're good for now.
