injector removal / exhaust bolts

so i managed to get very little accomplished in a whole day of work...i'm working on replacing the head gasket as well as the timing belt...

is there any tips or a tool that can be used to pull out the fuel injectors...i can't seem to get them out

also, i need some advice in removing the downpipe from the exhaust manifold...i know that those (rusty) bolts are going to be a pain in the ass to remove...
