Strange, because I am experiencing the same thing. It
does feel like you're in a high wind.  I heard this
ticking noise accelerating down this curving on-ramp.
The sound echoed off these concrete barriers. I'm not
sure what it is either. The thing is, it doesn't
happen all the time. Some days the car moves like its
on rails...
