Believe it or not I went thought almost the same deal...here is what you can
do....A you can either take it up the ass or do something about it. I like B
personally. You contact the companies local court system have someone
represent you in that area (a person who does not collect unless you do kind
of representation) you sue them for your inconvenience and for there
unbusiness like conduct. Then you turn around and do it again where you
live. Again you hire a lawyer to take them to court and sue them for not
giving you your product and BINGO you get paid twice. I love interstate
commerce failures!!!, See you get to sue in both states because you
purchased out of state. Which means technically they broke the law in two
states not just one......So now I say pay your cell phone bill and part of
the rent for the month (you will get the $325 maybe more for your hassles
and don't forget all the toll calls you made to try to resolve it!! - lawyer
expenses twice!!). Above all else you sure will make this company stop and
think about how they are going to survive if they keep doing business this
way anymore.


But you are probably one of these people on auto delete so all this useless
info is falling on non seeing eyes again.

    Well, I don't know if any of you at Waterfest remember a small company
called "Komposit". They had a MKI rocco with all stainless steal linkage and
metal bushings/bearings. Really nice set up. It has supposedly come into
production. So I really wanted this set up since I keep blowing through
bushing kits on my car.

    Now I order this thing for $325. Not to bad considering the neuspeed
short shift kit with weighted rod isn't much less. Now they say it takes 7
days to make and send this kit out. Each one is being made to order. No
biggie I know how it goes, I've been in the business. OK so the 7 days go
buy
and no linkage. I go away for the weekend and call them back when I get
home.
They tell me they fell behind and it will have it in a few days. I really
needed it in time for Scot Williams Road rally! Well, Thursday comes around
and no linkage. Now its 2 weeks late and I'm pissed. So I call them up.
Guess
what they are away at some event or vacation or something. So I call FedEx
to
see if they can trap it. Well, they tell me that nothing was sent from them
to me. Now I'm pissed.

    No linkage, no event, money already taken from my account. So I call my
bank and ask to stop payment. since it was a check card they can't just take
it back. I have to fill out papers and they have to try to get it back for
me. So I call them knowing I'm going to get their machine and tell them what
I'm doing and that I want my money back and I missed my event do to them and
don't even want there shit if they are going to take this long to get it to
me without telling me the truth. Hell I met these guys on the flight to
Sema,
I thought we were buddies. Guess not. Anyway they never called to explain
themselves today. Now I'm sorry when I fuck up a customers order I make up
for it and I get on the ball so I don't loss face. Nothing from these guys.

OK now I'm done venting. Now I ask you all what should I do? Should I just
have my bank get my money back if they can? Or should I just wait for this
part to come. Cause hell I can think of a lot of things I can do with $325.
I
dunno paying my cell phone bill sounds nice you know. If I can't get my
money
back and I never hear from these buggers what can I do? Anyone know.

Why can't all people be like Mike Potter?
We need more places like VWP.
We should all send him Holiday cards. ( Oh chit look! Dans being all PC and
stuff)
